As a small business owner, you’re wearing all the hats: the manager, the marketer, the accountant, the customer service rep, the tech guru—the list goes on. You love what you do, but let’s be real, there’s only so much time in the day to do it all. And at some point, the juggling act has to stop.

11 years ago, I took the leap and started my own nutrition business, where I quickly learned what it really takes to run things. I wore all the hats in my business while coaching clients every day. Through that experience it really hit me how much I loved working on the business systems and operations more than I loved coaching. 

Plot twist: I did the opposite of quitting your 9-5 and went back to my corporate roots in office management and executive assistance. I've now spent a cumulative two decades in the tech, e-commerce, and health and wellness industries, fine-tuning my skills in managing complex operations and supporting teams and busy executives.
