11 years ago, I took the leap and started my own business, where I quickly learned what it really takes to run things. I wore all the hats in my business while working clients every day. Through that experience it really hit me how much I loved working on the business systems and operations.
Plot twist: I did the opposite of quitting your 9-5 and went back to my roots in office management and executive assistance. I've now spent a cumulative two decades in the health and wellness industry, fine-tuning my skills in managing growing practices and supporting teams and busy owners.
